Baked Potato Station
- Steaming Hot Potatoes served with Chives, Cheddar Cheese, Goat Cheese, Duck Confit, Caramelized Onions, Sour Cream, Truffle Butter, Grilled Asparagus and Roasted Vegetable Gravy
Sushi Station
- California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Dynamite Roll, Sweet Potato Roll, Shrimp Sushi
- Tuna, Snapper, White Tuna and Salmon Sashimi served with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger and Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Shanghai Noodle Station
- Tri Coloured Peppers, Carrots, Snow Peas, Nappa Cabbage, Broccoli, Celery and Baby Corn with Shanghai Noodles tossed in a Sweet Hoisin Sauce
Served with Chicken and Tofu, garnished with Cilantro and Sprouts and served in chinese takeout boxes with chopsticks
